K Two Start® is the first two in one treatment for the treatment of venous leg ulcers, comprising a compression bandage system (K Two®) and a contact layer with TLC (Technology Lipido-Colloid) and healing accelerator (NOSF Nano-OligoSaccharide Factor), (UrgoStart Contact®). This complete kit offers great ease of use and is cost effective (£2 less than the price of K Two® and UrgoStart Contact® combined).

KTwo® is an innovative two-layer compression system, designed to ensure even distribution of pressure between two dynamic bandages. KTwo® applies the effective therapeutic pressure required to treat active or healed venous leg ulcers and associated symptoms along with severe oedema in chronic venous insufficiency. Irrespective of leg shape, KTwo® provides the correct level of pressure from the very first application thanks to its specific etalonnage system (pressure indicator).
K Two® is a two layer compression bandage system which spreads the pressure across both layers, comprising K Tech (compression and wadding) and K Press (cohesive compression).

UrgoStart Contact® is a contact layer with TLC-NOSF promoting faster healing in leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers and recurring wounds.
